Vista Engineering Group acquires BPC Building Products

Fixing company BPC Building Products has announced it has joined Vista Engineering in a move to strengthen its place in the UK market.

The two companies have worked together as distribution partners for several years, and have now entered in to a new partnership to enhance the product range offered to customers.

BPC Managing Director, Gareth Simister, said: "There is a tremendous amount of synergy between BPC and Vesta, and bringing the two companies closer together will generate additional benefits for both sets of customers.

Formed in 1977, BPC is a manufacturer of construction and DIY products to builders' and timber merchants, hardware and landscaping retailers. The West Yorkshire-based company produces: timber and masonry connectors, wall ties, frame cramps, bead and mesh products as well as fencing, decking and garden items.
