Threaded Fasteners acquires TSA Manufacturing to expand in-house production

US fastener distributor Threaded Fasteners has acquired TSA Manufacturing, a fastener manufacturer based in Omaha, Nebraska.

The deal brings TSA Manufacturing’s production capabilities in-house, strengthening Threaded Fasteners’ supply chain control, improving operational efficiency and expanding its ability to serve customers across sectors including steel fabrication, metal building construction and commercial manufacturing.

The acquisition is a strategic milestone for the company, as TSA produces specialised fasteners that Threaded Fasteners previously sourced for distribution.

“This acquisition represents a strong strategic and cultural fit,” said Jerrad Douberly, Chief Operating Officer of Threaded Fasteners. “TSA Manufacturing has built an impressive operation in Omaha, rooted in craftsmanship, accountability and customer focus.”

Craig Pohlman, owner of TSA Manufacturing, added: “Our Omaha location gives TFI access to new markets, and the collaboration between our teams will benefit both businesses. TFI is an excellent fit for our people.”

The transaction closed on 5 January 2026, marking Threaded Fasteners’ tenth acquisition since 2012 and expanding its footprint to 10 US states.
