Wickes Group has reported a group-level revenue increase for Q3 2025, with sales growth across both the Retail and Design & Installation segments.
In the 13-week period ending 27 September, overall group revenue rose by 6.9% to £420.1 million, with like-for-like (LFL) revenue up 5.9%. Retail sales reached £312.5 million, with total and LFL revenue increasing by 6.7% and 5.6% respectively.
The company said retail sales growth was driven by a sustained increase in volumes combined with stable pricing.
“We successfully fulfilled strong customer demand across all fulfilment channels, which saw us further increase our market share. In particular, the faster Click & Collect time of 15 minutes (previously 30 minutes) has been very popular, with Click & Collect sales up 18% year-on-year in Q3,” the company said.
It also launched Wickes Rapid, a nationwide service offering deliveries of up to 800kg to home or site within three hours.
Moreover, TradePro, Wickes’ loyalty scheme for trade professionals, continued to perform strongly, with sales increasing by 8% year-on-year. The growth was driven by a rise in active TradePro members to 632,000. DIY sales again saw mid-single-digit growth, supported by higher customer transaction volumes.
Revenue for the Design & Installation segment totalled £107.6 million, with total and LFL revenue rising by 7.8% and 7% respectively. According to Wickes, the growth resulted from actions taken in H2 2024 to enhance its customer offer, enabling it to achieve a fourth consecutive quarter of order growth and a second consecutive quarter of positive LFL delivered sales growth.
Looking ahead, Wickes plans to open two stores in Q4, bringing the total for the year to five. The refit programme will also continue, with two stores due to be refreshed during the quarter.
Lastly, the company said its investment in SaaS technology, expected to increase P&L costs by around £10 million on a full-year basis, will enhance the customer experience and support profitable growth in the coming years.
