STAFDA’s San Diego Educational Workshop Speakers Announced

The speakers for the workshops at Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association’s (STAFDA) 46th Annual Convention & Trade Show have been announced. Held in San Diego from October 30 to November 1, six workshops will be offered covering a range of business topics.

Sunday, October 30, STAFDA offers four, 90-minute Educational Workshops. Each session repeats following a brief break, so attendees can attend two of their choice. The speakers and topics include:

Building High-Performance Remote & Hybrid Work Teams, David Burkus

The Bold Gold Standard, Dr. Kevin Elko

What is Your Pandemic Pivot?, Ken Rutkowski

Ditch the Pitch: Influence Through Improvisation, Steve Yastrow

Sunday afternoon, attendees may participate in a 90-minute, workshop featuring STAFDA’s endorsed Online Marketing Consultant.

Online Marketing in a Post-COVID World, Bob DeStefano

On Tuesday, November 1 STAFDA’s Economic Advisor, Alan Beaulieu, will provide his Economic Update, Alan will discuss the influence of the past year regarding inflation, recession rumors, the effects of the war in Ukraine, the now-endemic pandemic, and what the future holds for the economy, especially in the STAFDA channel.

Online registration for begins from the members-only section of www.stafda.org on June 27. The workshops are included in the Convention registration fee, and only STAFDA members may attend. Non-members are encouraged to visit www.stafda.org to review and complete membership applications.
