Nord-Lock Group has announced that its products are now available on computer-aided design platforms Cadenas and TraceParts.
Engineers can access virtual designs in 2D and 3D of Nord-Lock® washers on both platforms, while Superbolt® mechanical tensioners will be available on Cadenas. Engineers will also be able to access CAD files of the entire standard product range of Nord-Lock and Superbolt, along with dimensional data, drawings and product pictures.
Engineers can also access key product details, including frequently requested compliance information and TARIC codes, all in one convenient place.
With this expanded access, engineers now have greater flexibility to integrate two bolt-securing solutions into their designs and applications.
The company said the expansion of digital touchpoints can increase accessibility and streamline the entire collaboration process.
“With our new presence on Cadenas and TraceParts, we’ve taken a significant step forward in making it far easier for manufacturers to consider Nord-Lock products early in the design process. I’m excited to see the impact”, said Sebastian Källsbo, product specialist at Nord-Lock.
