The Home Depot Second Quarter Fiscal 2025 Results

The Home Depot® has reported sales of $45.3 billion for the second quarter of fiscal 2025, an increase of $2.1 billion, or 4.9% from the second quarter of fiscal 2024. Comparable sales for the second quarter of fiscal 2025 increased 1.0%, and comparable sales in the U.S. increased 1.4%. For the second quarter of fiscal 2025, foreign exchange rates negatively impacted total company comparable sales by approximately 40 basis points. 

Net earnings for the second quarter of fiscal 2025 were $4.6 billion, or $4.58 per diluted share, compared with net earnings of $4.6 billion, or $4.60 per diluted share, in the same period of fiscal 2024.

The momentum that began in the back half of last year continued throughout the first half as customers engaged more broadly in smaller home improvement projects," said Ted Decker, chair, president and CEO.
