Volt Industrial Plastics has announced two senior-level promotions, appointing a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The company promoted Chad Avise to COO and Carey Fletcher to CFO. Avise, who previously served in operations leadership, has been instrumental in overseeing production efficiency and facility expansion efforts. Meanwhile, Fletcher, who has led financial operations for years, has helped guide the company’s fiscal strategy during periods of sustained growth.
Both Avise and Fletcher joined the company in 1999. The company stated that these appointments mark a new chapter as it continues to expand its manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its leadership team.
