The organiser of InnoTrans, the world’s leading trade fair for transport technology, has announced that the 2026 edition is fully booked, with an expanded international exhibitor base and an enhanced programme lineup. The event will take place in Berlin from 22 to 25 September 2026.
A key highlight of the 15th edition will be the AI Mobility Lab. First introduced in 2024, the exhibition will once again showcase innovations in AI, robotics, cybersecurity and data protection for transport systems, housed within a dedicated hall. The AI Mobility Lab will also feature a specialist stage programme and guided AI tours, allowing visitors to explore AI-driven solutions and products across all areas of transport technology.
Beyond the AI Mobility Lab, over 200 new exhibitors have registered for InnoTrans 2026, many from Europe, China and India. Notable participants include Deutsche Bahn, China Railway, RTA (United Arab Emirates), Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR), the Qatar Ministry of Transport, TCDD (Turkey), Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), Polskie Koleje Państwowe (PKP) and the Moroccan National Railways Office (ONCF).
International industry associations such as ACRI (Czech Republic), Swissrail, MAFEX (Spain), PFP (Portugal), RIA (UK), ARA (Australia), JORSA (Japan) and KORSIA (Korea) will also be represented, underlining the event’s truly global scope.
InnoTrans 2026 will once again serve as a platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange, with a range of panels and expert discussions on key mobility topics.
The Dialog Forums, held daily at palais.Berlin, will form the centrepiece of the conference programme. Complementing these are several specialised forums, including the International Design Forum (IDZ), International Bus Forum (DVF), International Tunnel Forum (STUVA), DB Innovation Forum and Public Transport Forum (ETC). Attendees can look forward to inspiring speakers and engaging debates on the future of mobility.
In addition, several supporting programmes will be launched to enrich the visitor experience. These include The Mobility Cleaning Circle, a joint platform with CMS Berlin focusing on cleaning and hygiene solutions, as well as The Railway Influencer Festival, The InnoTrans Hackathon, and The InnoTrans Campus, each designed to foster innovation and industry collaboration.
