The Eurailpress Career Boost digital is entering its second round. On 17 September 2025 at 10 a.m., the career event will again take place digitally on the online platform of InnoTrans Plus. The recruiting format, part of the InnoTrans Campus, is co-organised by InnoTrans and the DVV Media Group. The Eurailpress Career Boost digital offers students, graduates and young professionals from all over the world a chance to present themselves to HR experts from the mobility industry via livestream from their own computers and to make valuable career contacts.
90-second pitches to kickstart careers
Young professionals in operations, track construction, engineering, service, financial controlling, sales & marketing, project management, IT and PR have 90 seconds on the digital stage to present their strengths and experience to date, or the qualifications they are obtaining. Afterwards, recruiters can arrange one-on-one meetings with the participants in separate virtual rooms to conduct in-depth interviews and make suitable job offers.
The first digital edition of the Career Boost in 2023 was a great success from the start. 16 young professionals from seven countries presented themselves to 20 recruiters from companies including ÖBB, Siemens, Spitzke and Wabtec. A total of 50 follow-up meetings were arranged. For Christine Bode from Siemens Mobility taking part was a positive experience: “The railway sector is growing and in need of highly qualified, motivated young professionals. An innovative format such as the digital Eurailpress Career Boost comes at just the right time. Concentrated networking with the option of follow-up meetings – it represents a welcome alternative to an often endless interview process with a regularly packed diary. For the candidates it is certainly also a good opportunity to make in-depth and direct contact with the industry.”
Jobseekers can apply now
Jobseekers can apply now via the Eurailpress website. The number of young professionals who can take part is limited to 15. Five applicants from each of three different categories will have the chance to make their next career move at this event.
