All places for applicants at the second Eurailpress Career Boost Digital have already been allocated to top international talent. On 17 September 2025, the 15 selected young professionals from Germany, India, Portugal, Italy, France and the United Kingdom will introduce themselves to HR managers from the mobility industry. A few places are still available for recruiters.
Eurailpress Career Boost Digital is an online recruiting event organised by InnoTrans in collaboration with DVV Media Group. The event is aimed at companies in the mobility industry who want to meet students and young professionals with an international background. The second edition will take place on Wednesday, 17 September 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the InnoTrans Plus online platform.
The spectrum of disciplines represented among the applicants ranges from mechanical engineering and infrastructure to electrical engineering and IT/cyber security to project management, data analysis and software development. The applicants have qualified in advance and will present their skills and ambitions in a moderated pitching session – in 90 seconds to the point.
Following the presentations, recruiters will have the opportunity to engage in virtual one-on-one conversations with suitable candidates. The event thus combines efficiency, internationality and direct access to highly qualified talent – without the need for travel.
