Ferdinand Gross wins Top 100 quality award for 7th time

Fastener firm Ferdinand Gross has received the Top 100 award for the seventh consecutive year.

The award ceremony, which took place in Essen, ranks innovative mid-sized companies and Ferdinand Gross was among the 100 awardees that will bear the Top 100 seal of quality for a year.

The Vienna University of Economics and Business audited the innovative behaviour of companies in Germany over the course of several months to come to the selection.

Ferdinand Gross has been in the fastener business for over 150 years. The family-owned company is based in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, near Stuttgart. The company won plaudits for its logistics systems, which aim to cut procurement costs for customers, as well as its IT control tool FALCON, which visualises the storage locations of products and shows certificates, diagrams and more for any C-part.

At the ceremony, physicist and presenter Ranga Yogeshwar - Top 100 project mentor - congratulated the company. The Top 100 project has run for over 20 years. www.top100-germany.com
