White Cap, a distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors, has appointed Christine Reddy as its new General Counsel. In this role, Christine will be responsible for the delivery of all legal services for the company and serve as Corporate Secretary and legal advisor to our board of directors. Christine will report directly to Alan Sollenberger, Chief Executive Officer.

Christine most recently served as Executive Vice President (EVP) and General Counsel for publicly traded Beacon Building Products for the past four years. Christine brings more than 30 years of experience with transformative transactions, governance and leading legal teams to White Cap.
