White Cap has acquired Colony Hardware, a distributor of tools, equipment, supplies, safety products, and tool repair and rental services.
Effective from 6 February, the acquisition will expand White Cap’s product ranges, services and branch network. Colony Hardware serves residential, commercial and industrial contractors through more than 60 locations across 20 states in the eastern and central US.
