Titgemeyer is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year and will invest in its production sites in the UK and the Czech Republic.
The company stated that the investments in both countries, alongside investment in digital and automated manufacturing, aim to shorten development cycles, implement bespoke customer solutions more quickly and, at the same time, produce more energy-efficiently.
Titgemeyer added that by focusing on its core competencies in fastening technology and related fields, it is responding to changing market demands and strengthening its role as a development partner for industrial applications.
“We have deliberately set a new course. Our customers expect reliability, technological expertise and speed. That is precisely what we are aligning our company towards,” said Managing Director Dietrich Leifert.
Moreover, under the motto “125 Years – Connections that last”, Titgemeyer is placing its relationships with customers, partners and employees at the centre of its anniversary communications.
“Trust is not built through words, but through people and collaboration over many years. It is precisely this trust that we want to continue to build upon, based on our established values and relationships,” Leifert added.
In future, Titgemeyer will increasingly position itself as a development partner for industrial fastening solutions, with a high degree of vertical integration, technical expertise and close customer collaboration.
Founded in 1901, Titgemeyer has developed from a regional retailer of tools and hardware into a specialist in fastening technology active across Europe. Today, its portfolio comprises around 20,000 products, as well as bespoke solutions for industry and trade.
