TITGEMEYER has sold its vehicle components business to the POMMIER Group, a European supplier of equipment and components for vehicle body construction.
The acquisition is intended to strengthen POMMIER’s expertise in vehicle components while reinforcing its long-term presence in the German market. As part of the deal, POMMIER will also take ownership of RIEKO GmbH, which operates a production facility in Pliezhausen.
From 1 April 2026, POMMIER will continue to run the vehicle components division, which trades under the GTO brand, with Osnabrück becoming the new headquarters of POMMIER Germany. The transaction gives POMMIER a fifth production site in Europe, expanding its industrial footprint and adding well-established German engineering know-how.
The expanded network is expected to support closer collaboration with customers, enhanced local service and additional opportunities for innovation and growth.
Following the divestment, TITGEMEYER will sharpen its focus on its core activities as an international supplier of fastening technology, automation solutions with in-house production and industrial components. The streamlined strategy is designed to concentrate resources across development, production and service, enabling faster technical implementation and more tailored customer support.
