Kinaxis names new c-suite officers

Kinaxis® Inc., a provider of supply chain management solutions, has announced the appointment of three new c-suite leaders - all promoted from within Kinaxis - in product, operations and human resources.

New Chief Product Officer Andrew Bell will report to President and CEO John Sicard overseeing the company’s engineering, development and product management teams, as well as the company’s continued investment in AI and machine learning.

Bell said, “I’m looking forward to expanding our product footprint, continuing to invest in AI and driving continuous innovation on top of our foundation of excellence in Supply Chain – it’s a real honour to lead this team.”

Megan Paterson has been appointed to the new Chief Operating Officer role. The company’s former chief human resources officer, Paterson will now have responsibility over the company’s cloud services operations, corporate IT, corporate strategy, HR and global real estate.

“Our growth and success are predicated on building agility and consistency across our workforce so that we can enjoy continued accelerated growth. I’m thrilled to be taking on this new role,” Paterson said.

With Paterson’s new role, Kinaxis named Amber Pate, former vice president of Human Resources to chief human resources officer (CHRO). Pate will take on the entire global HR remit as CHRO.

These appointments come on the heels of the company’s announcement of its new chief marketing officer, Margaret Franco.
