JCP Construction Products General Manager Nick Beardon has announced his retirement.
On 16 March, he revealed on LinkedIn that he had decided to take early retirement after spending 22 years at the company. He stated: “When I started, JCP was a new name in the fixings industry; today we are recognised as one of the leading brands alongside the established names. None of this could have been achieved without the support and belief in the brand from my colleagues and customers along the way.”
Moving forward, Reza Jafari, Technical Strategy & Development Lead at JCP Construction Products, will be “stepping into the commercial role”.
Currently, Jafari is responsible for driving technical strategy, product development, partnerships and customer-facing solutions, ensuring JCP continues to deliver innovation and value for clients. The company previously said Jafari’s engineering knowledge and business acumen will help shape JCP’s technical and commercial direction, adding that he is a structural engineer with extensive experience, technical expertise and strong strategic and commercial insight.
