US adhesive-bonded fastener specialist Click Bond has acquired Brighton Science, a US-based surface intelligence and materials science company.
Click Bond said the acquisition will help expand its ability to deliver measurable, scientific confidence from surface to structure, uniting bonding science with fastening innovation.

Following the acquisition, Brighton Science will continue to operate independently. The partnership brings together adhesion science and fastener engineering, with Brighton Science’s research set to inform Click Bond’s ongoing work in R&D, product design, data science and customer solutions. Over time, the collaboration aims to help manufacturers of high-performance platforms achieve lighter, stronger and more efficient designs.
