SPIROL has received the 2025 Supplier Excellence Recognition Award from Caterpillar, recognising its class-leading performance and sustained commitment to quality, delivery and operational excellence.
The company stated that the recognition reflects its performance over a 12-month period across key metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, cost management, continuous improvement and adherence to Caterpillar’s compliance and environmental sustainability standards.
“Performing at these levels requires a great deal of planning, management and disciplined execution across all aspects of the business,” said Ken Hagan, President of SPIROL Shim Division in Stow, Ohio, USA. “We are proud to accept this recognition of our strong and consistent performance as both a key supplier and a valued partner. Our goal is to achieve the highest Supplier Excellence level possible in 2026, and we are off to a fantastic start.”
The business relationship between SPIROL and Caterpillar spans nearly four decades. SPIROL’s history of excellence with Caterpillar dates back to 2011, when the company was first certified under Caterpillar’s former Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP). The 2025 Supplier Excellence Recognition Award continues this long-standing record of performance and partnership.
