Chinese fastener manufacturer Fastenmetal has expanded its stainless steel bolt customisation services, offering a wide range of products to meet project specific requirements across different industries.
The company said the customisation service is designed to meet growing demand from the construction, industrial, energy and equipment manufacturing sectors for non-standard fasteners that combine corrosion resistance with high mechanical strength.
A key highlight of the expanded offering is Fastenmetal’s production of 410 stainless steel bolts that undergo a controlled quenching and tempering heat-treatment process. Through this process, the bolts achieve a tensile strength of up to 1,000 MPa, making them suitable for applications where higher strength is required alongside moderate corrosion resistance.
The company added that the use of 410 stainless steel, combined with quenching and tempering, enables Fastenmetal to bridge the gap between traditional carbon steel high-strength bolts and conventional austenitic stainless steel fasteners.

The company’s production process emphasises dimensional accuracy, stable mechanical properties and consistent quality from batch to batch.
