Sariv has been selected by Würth as an international best practice case study in the field of customised automotive blind rivet manufacturing.
The annual Würth SQE Conference was recently held, an event that brings together the Supplier Quality Engineers of the group's companies from all over the world. During the event, Sariv was presented as an example of best practice for an automotive project developed for the supply of a single rivet for five different applications, in a roller mechanism of the sunshade in the rear seat. Sariv’s contribution was recognised as a virtuous approach to managing technical complexity and customisation, in a context in which flexibility and reliability are crucial for the quality of the final product.
From technical study to production, Sariv support customers in the creation of rivets and fastening systems designed ad hoc, responding to specific needs of application, materials and performance.
The latest example of a customised solution that we have developed is a rivet for formwork, designed to support a customer in the construction industry. Details of the case study can be found on the website.
