The Press-N-Lok Pin features a unique design that allows for easy installation while delivering exceptionally high pull-out strength to permanently secure two plastic components together. Raised barbs angled opposite to the insertion direction lock the pin in place, ensuring a secure, tamper-resistant assembly.
These pins are manufactured from lightweight, lead-free and corrosion-resistant aluminium. For industries with stricter requirements, they can also be produced in austenitic stainless steel.
The Press-N-Lok Pin’s tamper-resistant, permanent seating makes it well suited to plastic medical housings, including handles for arthroscopic surgical instruments and diagnostic equipment enclosures.
