Owlett-Jaton has appointed Reza Jafari as Technical Strategy & Development Lead for JCP fixings.
In his new position, he will be responsible for driving technical strategy, product development, partnerships and customer-facing solutions, ensuring JCP continues to deliver innovation and value for clients.
The company said Jafari’s engineering knowledge and business acumen can help shape JCP’s technical and commercial direction, adding that he is a structural engineer with extensive experience, technical expertise and strategic and commercial insights.
Jafari left JCP Fixings two years ago to begin a career in the construction sector. In his previous stint at JCP Fixings, he served as Technical Manager.

His combination of technical expertise and strategic understanding will be a great asset to our business,” said Nick Beardon, JCP General Manager. “Having worked with Reza before, I know the passion and professionalism he brings, and I look forward to seeing the impact he will make.”
Aside from Jafari’s appointment, Owlett-Jaton has also appointed Paul Johnstone as Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Scotland. Johnstone left the company earlier this year after serving the company for six years as an ASM.
