White Cap has expanded its operations in North America with two acquisitions: Advanced Forming Solutions (AFS) in the Pacific Northwest and Anchor Construction Industrial Products in Western Canada.
With more than 40 years of combined experience, AFS provides concrete forming and shoring solutions and equipment for large-scale projects in the commercial, civil, government and institutional end markets across the Pacific Northwest.
Anchor Construction Industrial Products, based in Winnipeg, has been one of Western Canada's largest distributors of fasteners, power tools, anchors, construction supplies, abrasives, firestop and safety products for over 50 years. The company serves industrial and commercial end markets through six locations across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Ontario.
Both companies are now part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.
