Rock Fall steps into Emergency Services sector

Second generation Safety Footwear manufacturer Rock Fall has worked with a major blue light supplier to manufacture exclusive EN ISO 20347:2011 footwear for the Emergency Services sector.

The boot is non-safety, occupational footwear, so it doesn’t feature the protective toecap and midsole that is always found in Rock Fall's footwear.

This development sees a big step into a new market for Rock Fall which is another part of their strategy to continue the growth of the business. The company is shortlisted for Outstanding Growth at the East Midlands Chamber Business Awards 2018, having been recognised by the Sunday Times Ones to Watch in 2017.

The styles have been developed in the usual Rock Fall style, using high specification materials to ensure the footwear is durable and waterproof in all conditions. Rock Fall intend to further develop this range to grow their presence and product offering for all blue light services including fire, police, military and other uniform services. Interest in the new development has been high, the brand said, with several police forces looking to be an early adopter of the products.

The company will launch this new range at the Emergency Services Show 2018 (19-20 September 2018). There's more on Rock Fall online www.rockfall.com
