Lederer takes over NORMTEC

With retroactive effect from 1 January 2021, Lederer GmbH has taken over all shares in NORMTEC Montage- und Befestigungstechnik GmbH from Theo Förch GmbH & Co. KG.

The company from Wuppertal with eleven employees has been successfully selling stainless steel fasteners for seven years and will continue to exist as an independent company.

From now on, Lederer and NORMTEC will jointly pursue the goal of sustainably strengthening and further developing their position in the market for stainless fasteners.

The long-standing employee and authorised signatory Sebastian Ovenhausen will take over the management of NORMTEC. NORMTEC will continue at its previous location in Wuppertal and will continue to operate as part of Lederer GmbH.

An official statement from Lederer said: "With this decision we want to write another chapter in the 51-year success story of our company: After the introduction and expansion of our C-parts management business, constant commitment to special and drawing parts, operating our own accredited test laboratory and many other successful milestones, we are now strengthening our corporate core again: Stainless steel fasteners have been the basis of our business success from the beginning and until today."
