Würth Industrie Service strengthens sales leadership

Würth Industrie Service has appointed Alexandros Mikros as Managing Director Sales, effective 1 January 2026.

Previously Managing Director Sales at Würth Industry USA, Mikros has held various roles within the Würth Group for many years and brings extensive expertise in both national and international sales. He began his career at Würth Industrie Service in Bad Mergentheim in 2007 as a Key Account Manager. In 2011, he became Head of Construction Machinery and, from 2015 to 2021, was responsible for Key Account Management Cargo.

In these roles, he played a key part in shaping the development of the sales division and contributed to the successful positioning of Würth Industrie Service across various market segments.

In August 2021, Mikros moved to the US, where he initially assumed overall responsibility as Managing Director of Würth Construction Services and Marine Fasteners. In 2025, he served as Managing Director Sales at Würth Industry USA, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and further development of the US sales organisation.

The company said the appointment is intended to strengthen its sales organisation and support sustainable growth, customer focus and market presence.

My goal is to support our customers reliably throughout their transformation processes, further strengthen their trust in us and responsibly seize new opportunities,” said Mikros.

He will join the existing Executive Management Board comprising Martin Jauss, Executive Vice President of the Würth Group and CEO of Würth Industrie Service, Stefan Reuss, Managing Director IT and Digital Solutions, Ralf Gehringer, Managing Director Finance, Marcus Otto, Managing Director Purchasing, and Helmut Eisenkolb, Managing Director Logistics.
