OGL Software appoints new executive team

OGL Software, ERP software supplier to fixings and fastening trade, has boosted its executive team with two new appointments. Sharon Moreno and Gary Haynes join senior management to lead the company following its split from OGL’s cyber security and IT services subsidiaries earlier this year.

New Chief Operating Officer Sharon Moreno outlined her aspirations for her new role as providing support and mentoring to the teams that deliver their range of first-class products and services. She will use her 35+ years’ experience to work collaboratively, guide and provide opportunities for the OGL team to implement their own improvements and achieve their own aspirations whilst helping customers to prosper.

Incoming CFO Gary Haynes has worked for OGL for over 16 years. His key objective is to identify areas for investment to drive growth whilst balancing costs to ensure the company remains profitable.

Debbie Barton, CEO at OGL Software, commented on the new executives: “I feel confident that we have a team in place to turn our strategic vision and ambitious goals into reality. We foster both career progression and loyalty, as evidenced by Sharon and Gary, both of whom have risen through the ranks and are proof that hard work and commitment can shape a successful career. Harnessing talent, both internally and also looking outside to introduce a fresh perspective and wider industry knowledge, we are on target to grow, innovate and provide plentiful job opportunities for a wide range of people, from graduates to school leavers and career changers.”
