
Grafton Group subsidiary IKH has appointed Anu Ora as CEO.
Ora will assume office on 1 June 2025. She boasts experience in the food retail and automotive parts industries in Finland, and began her career in the technology sector after education.
She worked for Boston Consulting Group for 12 years before, specialising in supply chain and growth strategies across the Nordic region.
“Ora brings valuable business experience and strategic insight to support Grafton Group’s growth and development. Anu will be a valuable addition, leading the strategic development of the Nordic region,” said Eric Born, CEO of Grafton Group.
After Ora’s appointment, IKH’s interim CEO Mika Salokangas will continue as the company’s Chairman of the Board.
“I look forward to working with both IKH’s team and customers. It’s great to be able to develop IKH’s wonderful journey in Finland and the Nordic countries,” said Ora.
IKH is a wholesaler and distributor of workwear, PPE, tools, spare parts and accessories in Finland, where it operates from 15 branches.
