GradeEight Supply, a Texas-based distributor of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products in the US, has acquired Bolt & Screw Supply, a Arkansas-based distributor specialising in fasteners and related industrial products.
According to GradeEight Supply, the acquisition will expand its brick-and-mortar and distribution presence in the Midwestern US, bringing inventory closer to customers and strengthening service levels across the region.
“This acquisition is about continuity and capability,” said Cody Patterson, President of GradeEight Supply. “Bolt & Screw Supply has built an exceptional business with deep customer relationships, experienced people and a strong local reputation. Our intent is to keep its operation intact while supporting future growth.”
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed by either company.
