The eighth International Trade Fair for Fastener and Fixing Technology – FASTENER POLAND® will take place from 15 to 16 October 2025. The event not only offers buyers who rely on fasteners the opportunity to meet manufacturers and distributors but also serves as a hub of knowledge and innovation, featuring conferences, presentations of cutting-edge technologies and products, and a space for networking.
This year, over 170 exhibitors from 17 countries will present their offerings, including companies from Germany, Italy, the UK, France, the Czech Republic, Turkey, India, Taiwan and China. For the first time, exhibitors from Croatia, Lithuania and Thailand will also take part.
Visitors to the fair will have the opportunity to explore a rich and diverse range of fasteners, tools and modern technologies, as well as establish international business contacts. Among the products showcased by exhibitors will be, among others, battery-powered riveters, structural rivets and double-sided fasteners, high-tensile strength bolts and pre-applied systems used in the automotive industry.
One of the highlights of this year’s event is the introduction of a dedicated zone for the automotive sector. In previous years, visitors from this industry made up as much as 25% of all attendees at FASTENER POLAND®. This year, they will be able to discover an even broader range of fasteners designed for automotive applications, showcased by suppliers such as Argip, Growermetal, Earnest Machine Products, Asmet, Bollhoff Technika Łączenia, Gabec, Annibale Viterie, Stalmax and Nurtel Tel Sanayi AS.
Industry Conference
Another reason why fastener users should not miss FASTENER POLAND® is the industry conference titled The Fastener Market – Challenges and Opportunities.
The conference programme includes the following presentations:
- Opportunities for the development of the Polish fastener market amid industrial slowdown in Europe – Dr Marek Łangalis, Olfor.
- From chaos to results – how to increase production with the same team? – Krzysztof Pawłowski, Lean Action Plan.
- From chaos to standard: how an AI assistant streamlines the selection of bolts — property classes, coatings, assembly methods – Dr Eng Tomasz Dubiel, Tomasz Dubiel Bolted In.
- CBAM 2026: Preparing for carbon costs – Gabriel Rozenberg, CBAMBOO.
The conference will begin on the first day of the fair at 11am in the Dunaj exhibition hall. Participation is free of charge for all visitors.
Free admission ticket and access to parallel trade fairs
The organisers invite buyers, designers, technical directors and managers, as well as fastener users from the industrial and construction sectors, to download a free admission ticket and visit the fair. Registration is available here.
This year, the same ticket also grants access to two parallel events held at the same time: the MAINTENANCE International Trade Fair for Suppliers of Maintenance Products and Services and the SYMAS® International Trade Fair for Powder & Bulk Solids Technologies. This unique opportunity allows specialists from different departments within a company to discover relevant solutions, expand their professional knowledge and establish valuable business contacts — all during a single business trip.
