At Torque-Expo 2026, Deltaleigh will showcase products launched for 2025/2026, including its Hex Head Flanged Structural Timber Screws and High Performance Decking Screws, both featuring a green Ruspert coating rated to 1,000 hours.
The Hex Head Flanged Structural Timber Screws are designed to deliver strength and installation efficiency in structural timber applications. They feature a hex head with integrated flange and a countersunk neck for secure seating, alongside a milled notch thread to reduce driving resistance. A T-17 cutting point supports fast penetration into timber, with a magnetic hex drive bit supplied in each box to aid installation.
Also on display will be Deltaleigh’s High Performance Decking Screws, engineered for clean finishes and reliable performance in decking applications. These screws feature a double countersunk Pozi head with six countersinking ribs to minimise surface damage, combined with a partially serrated thread and helix shank knurling to improve grip and reduce splitting. A T-17 cutting point further enhances driving efficiency and control.
