Gesipa is presenting two new products at Blechexpo in Stuttgart: In addition to the GAV-Neo, a further development of the proven blind rivet automatic, the battery-powered blind rivet nut setting tool FireBirdie is celebrating its trade fair premiere. Visitors can find the new products and the existing product range at stand 9420 in Hall 9.
BlechExpo is one of the leading trade fairs for sheet metal, profile and tube processing. Gesipa's focus at this year's trade fair is on two new devices designed to meet the requirements of today's manufacturing environments. With the GAV-Neo, the company is presenting an automated blind riveting system that features high setting force, short cycle times and fully electric, oil-free operation. The absence of compressed air not only makes the system more energy-efficient but also reduces maintenance and operating costs. These features make it suitable for use in automated production lines. Its compact design and reduced maintenance requirements also facilitate efficient integration into existing processes.
The FireBirdie is also being introduced – a new, lightweight battery-powered setting tool for blind rivet nuts. It is equipped with batteries from the manufacturer-independent Cordless Alliance System (CAS) and designed for mobile use, and areas with restricted access. The tool supports continuous drilling and removal, even with long or pre-inserted blind rivet nuts. Three operating modes are available for different requirements: force control, position control and the combined ThreadSafe mode, which takes both parameters into account. The FireBirdie expands the existing range with a cordless solution for flexible applications.
In addition to these two new products, Gesipa will also be showcasing existing devices and its range of blind rivets, blind rivet nuts and accessories at Blechexpo. The company will also provide information about customised automation solutions that can be flexibly adapted to different production requirements. Trade visitors can obtain personal advice at stand 9420 in Hall 9 and gain an overview of the current product range and its areas of application.
