US fastener distributor All State Fastener (ASF) has appointed Dan Hill as its new CEO.
Hill joined from food distributor Ferraro Foods, where he also served as CEO. Prior to that, he spent four years at Würth Industry North America (WINA) as CEO and at the Würth Group as Executive Vice President.
“I’m thrilled to be coming back to an industry I truly love, especially to ASF — a company that’s ready to compete and win on a global scale,” Hill said. “With our entrepreneurial foundation, strong family ownership and now a world-class leadership team, we are positioned to modernise our systems, diversify and expand our customer base, and invest in the incredible people who make ASF what it is today.”
Commenting on the appointment, Paula Giorgio, co-owner of All State Fastener, said:
“Dan brings a proven record of scaling privately held distribution businesses into global powerhouses. Having served on our Board, he understands ASF’s culture, shares our growth vision and has already immersed himself in our operations and people. We are confident that Dan and his leadership team will set ASF on a course for long-term success.”
In addition to Hill’s appointment, All State Fastener has reshuffled its Senior Leadership Team, which now includes Andrew Taylor, Chief Operating Officer; Jon DeRyckere, Chief Financial Officer; Laura Locker, Director of Human Resources; Patrick Muldowney, Director of Supply Chain; TJ Downey, Director of Sales & Operations; Darin Sirois, Director of Project Management; and Mersija Mehmedovic, Director of Automotive Sales.
“All State Fastener is moving forward with renewed focus and determination to strengthen our presence in the fastener industry,” said Nick Giorgio, ASF co-owner and Board Member. “We’re committed to sales and operational excellence, with a clear focus on attracting and retaining top talent, and on partnering with the best companies in American manufacturing and beyond.”
