PTS boosts stock capacity and service with warehouse expansion ahead of Torque-Expo 2026

For more than three decades, Precision Technology Supplies (PTS) has built a reputation for reliability, product knowledge and strong customer support across the stainless steel fastener market.

The company’s high levels of service to the fastener industry and its focus on consistent product quality are built around what customers need day to day.

PTS now operates from a significantly larger warehouse, having spent the past year settling into the expanded space. This move has enabled the business to increase stock capacity, extend product variety and respond more efficiently to customer demand. Recent additions include A2 and A4 stainless steel three-metre studding, introduced to give customers a wider choice of sizes and formats for longer-length applications.

Operational improvements have been an important part of the company’s progress. Later same-day shipping cut-off times now give customers more room to manoeuvre when schedules change unexpectedly. The layout and workflow in the new warehouse have also helped PTS achieve more consistent fulfilment and faster turnaround times.

Reflecting on the developments, Gordon Davies, General Manager of PTS, said: “The past year has been about making sure our customers feel the benefit of the changes we’ve made. Expanding our range, adding products like the three-metre studding and improving our despatch times have all had a positive impact. The larger warehouse has played a big part in that, allowing us to carry more stock and work more efficiently.”

With increased capacity, a broader range and continued investment in availability and service, PTS is looking ahead with confidence as it strengthens the support it provides to customers across the industry.
