El Gran Salón Ferretero 2025 delivers record growth and strong business outcomes

El Gran Salón Ferretero 2025 concluded in early November with “positive results”.

More than 8,000 professional attendees, 242 national and international exhibitors and a Business Matchmaking Forum that hosted over 41 meetings and generated more than US$5 million in expected deals with buyers from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, Peru and Venezuela made this year’s edition the “most successful” to date, according to organisers Concept2B, Corferias and Eisenwarenmesse, the event’s international partner.

Held from 6 to 8 November 2025, the event brought together manufacturers, distributors, importers and buyers from across Colombia. Attendees engaged with knowledge sessions, live demonstrations and product showcases, including the Hardware Lab, the Hardware Store, the Hardware Academy and the Ferrepremios circuit, one of the fair’s most visited features.

Brands such as Henkel, Bosch, Mapei, Urrea, Ternium, Holcim, Soudal, Cemex, Sintex, Corama, Mundial de Tornillos, Gottta, Caribe Brochas y Herramientas and Grupo Mercury were among the exhibitors, using the platform to introduce new products, strengthen commercial relationships and present developments in technology, sustainability and point-of-sale optimisation.

More than 500 attendees also took part in the training sessions delivered through the Hardware Academy, which featured talks and workshops on digitalisation, customer service strategies, industrial safety and sustainability, led by national and international experts.

The organisers said the event reaffirmed the business potential of the hardware and industrial sectors across Latin America and the Caribbean.

“El Gran Salón Ferretero has become a key platform to update knowledge, build partnerships and identify opportunities. This year, we advanced the professionalisation of the sector through spaces such as the Hardware Academy and the Hardware Lab, created to strengthen the technical and business capabilities of the industry,” said Darío Bastidas, Commercial Manager at Concept2B.

Looking ahead, Koelnmesse, Corferias and Concept2B announced that planning is already underway for the 2026 edition, scheduled for 28 to 30 October, which aims to expand its regional reach, introduce new categories and continue strengthening the sector’s business ecosystem.
