XLCS Partners, a middle-market investment bank specialising in the fastener sector, will take part in the International Fastener Expo (IFE) in Las Vegas, which will be held between 15 and 17 September 2025
Anthony Contaldo, partner at the bank, will present Fasteners in Flux: The State of the Fastener M&A Market on the first day. The session will explore current market conditions, the factors that make companies appealing to buyers, and the key market forces shaping today’s deal activity.

Recently, XLCS advised Creative Assembly Systems on their sale to All State Fasteners, marking the bank’s 20th fastener and component distribution transaction. The Company has completed transactions with leading players in the space, including AFC, MSC, Field Fastener, Wurth, GL Huyett, LindFast Solutions Group and Stock'd Supply (now Blackhawk Industrial).
